It doesn't work properly and denies the right to the legitimate user to access online banking. If boi doesn't rectify this app to work smoothly in all circumstances, they are likely to lose good customers. The boi's response to resolve issues is also poor inspite of tall claims of excellence. I strongly feel that they scrap this app and introduce otp log in which is more secure and easy to handle for the customers.
